Welcome! My name is Liza Warmus and I am a REALTOR® with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Georgia Properties. I am a native of Georgia and grew up in the Dunwoody area. After high school I went on to get my Bachelor of Science degree at Auburn University and graduated in 2001.
I have been interested in real estate since I purchased my very first home and have spent the last 10 years managing multiple properties. I worked in the Pharmaceutical Industry for over 15 years working with specialists, and earning many national awards. Although going from Pharmaceutical Sales to real estate may not seem like the typical path; the sales, marketing, analytical and interpersonal skills have proven to be critical assets in the real estate field. Purchasing a home is one of the most important financial decisions you will make in your life. Whether buying a first home, investing in a new property or selling a current property, choosing the right Realtor® is key.
